Verification & Sorting: Triple verification of chip data, surface information and database information, with 42 sorting slots for high-efficiency classification.

Surface Quality Inspection: Intelligent inspection via high-speed industrial cameras, automatically identifying scratches, bubbles and cutting defects, with a missed detection rate ≤ 1%

Our independently developed document production management system provides full-process support, with real-time visibility into production status. Every card can be traced back to its raw material batch and production process, ensuring a clear closed-loop quality accountability system. Strictly compliant with national standards including Requirements for Resident ID Card Quality (GA458-2013), we ensure that the cards are wear-resistant, damage-resistant, and have a service life of more than 10 years, standing the dual test of time and practice.
