The success of major sports events begins with identity authentication and access management. Faced with the multi-location layout across five competition zones in Guangdong‑Hong Kong‑Macao Greater Bay Area — Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Huizhou, Zhanjiang and Yangjiang — as well as the diverse needs of athletes, media, volunteers and other groups, we provided a full-process document solution.

We tailored and produced 115,000 high-security documents in various formats, each serving as core assurance for accurate identification and smooth access. This identity "security network" covering all participants and staff laid a solid foundation for the Games' successful outcomes: well-organized and orderly competition arrangements, with no major safety incidents.

To meet the high-frequency and large-volume personnel access demands during the Games, we deployed an intelligent verification system combining "contactless inspection and contact-based verification". Through the scientific allocation of channel-type, pillar-type and handheld mobile devices, we achieved flexible coverage from core venues to the "final meter" of access.

Our self-developed "ePass" Intelligent Document Management System enables real-time data synchronization across multiple competition zones. It has inspected a total of 743,000 personnel and 57,000 vehicles, meeting the organizers' recognized standards of "efficient operation and management, first-class service and support".

Working Together with Synergy Between Shenzhen and Hong Kong to Demonstrate Our Responsibility

To ensure the smooth operation of the Hong Kong competition zone, we not only assisted in establishing a Hong Kong document production sub-center, provided system and equipment support, and deployed on-site support teams, but also produced over 48,000 documents for the Hong Kong zone and guaranteed on-site verification for multiple events. Meanwhile, IST formed a cross-border document delivery team. Through a mechanism of "designated personnel, designated vehicles and designated locations", we safely and timely delivered documents in 11 batches.
