Tempered in Practice, Safeguarding Numerous High-Profile Events

The ePass System has been successfully applied to a number of major events, including the 26th Summer Universiade, the China International Aviation & Aerospace Exhibition in Zhuhai, the Wuhan Open, the 40th Anniversary of Shenzhen's Establishment Fireworks Gala, and the 34th Asian Cup Table Tennis Tournament. In 2025, the system provided comprehensive support for personnel registration, document production and verification across multiple competition zones of the 15th National Games and the Para Games, including Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Huizhou, Yangjiang and Zhanjiang. It achieved efficient "stop-free, contactless" access at key scenarios such as the torch relay and the closing ceremony, with "zero errors" throughout the operation.

Furthermore, the ePass System has recently been successfully deployed in events including the "King Cup" International Badminton Open, the inaugural World Tennis Intercontinental Match, and the 33rd APEC Economic Leaders' Meeting, undertaking document production and on-site verification tasks. Its stable and intelligent performance has earned wide recognition from organizers and participants.
