We have developed iSmart (Integrated Smart Document Management System), a national-level intelligent document management system for the Singapore Government, which has been successfully deployed at the new Integrated Service Centre (ISC) of the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) of Singapore, helping the Lion City's public services enter a new era of full-process automation.

iSmart integrates multi-modal biometric recognition technology to realize full-process self-service from identity verification to document distribution:

Intelligent Repository: The core storage device is equipped with a high-performance intelligent robotic arm, which can efficiently access and store both passports and identity cards simultaneously. The robotic arm accurately collects the target document immediately after identity verification.

AGV Robotic Logistics Network: Each repository is equipped with dedicated parking space for multiple AGV, supporting parallel operation of multiple AGV. Within the 300-meter service area, it ensures fast delivery of documents to self-service terminals, achieving the round-the-clock goal of "document collection within 5 minutes".

The successful R&D and implementation of iSmart has not only brought an efficient, convenient and secure digital document application experience to the public in Singapore, but also become a model for China's independently developed technologies in major international livelihood projects. The project fully integrates more than 30 years of IST's technological accumulation in automatic control, visual algorithms and artificial intelligence, providing a replicable "Chinese solution" for the intelligent upgrading of public services worldwide.

From intelligent repository to robotic logistics, from biometric recognition to system integration, iSmart demonstrates the innovative power of China's intelligent manufacturing to the world with solid technical strength.
